Position Overview:

As a Key Stage 2 Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside skilled educators to assist students in Years 3 to 6. Your responsibilities will include:

Providing one-on-one and group support to students who may need additional help with their studies.

Assisting in the preparation and delivery of engaging and creative lessons.

Fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Supporting the social and emotional development of our students.

Collaborating with the teaching team to assess and monitor student progress.

Contributing to the maintenance of a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for education and a strong desire to make a positive impact on young learners.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

The ability to work collaboratively as part of a dedicated team.

Patience and adaptability when working with students of diverse abilities.

A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.

Relevant qualifications and prior experience in a similar role.
