Guaranteed Work Scheme
At AK Teaching we understand that finding consistent work as an educator can be challenging. Which is why we’re proud to offer candidates who qualify with a guaranteed work agreement.
This means that if you’re available to work 5 days a week we’ll do our best to find you at least 5 days of work each week. In the unlikely event that we can’t find you any work, we will provide you with payment for the agreed number of days!

Community
In addition to placing staff in schools, we are actively involved in supporting and giving back to the community. We attend events, provide prizes and have established partnerships such as with Sunderland AFC to provide unique opportunities for students.
We believe in supporting schools beyond providing staff nd are committed to finding ways to enhance the school experience for students and support our partner schools. This includes initiatives such as strip sponsorship, sensory room assistance, end of year regards and football league sponsorship.
It is our goal to provide exceptional experiences for the benefit of students.
