Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students one-on-one, addressing their unique learning needs.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting students’ academic and social development.
Monitor and track student progress, providing regular feedback to students and teachers.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, with a focus on 1:1 support.
Understanding of diverse learning needs and the ability to adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teachers, parents, and students.
Relevant qualifications in education or related fields are desirable.
Enhanced DBS check on the update service or willingness to gain one through AK Teaching.
