Expert staffing, building stronger communities.

Safeguarding

At AK Teaching, we place the safety and wellbeing of our candidates and the children in your school above everything else. To ensure this, we have implemented stringent safeguards that ensure all staff we place in schools are thoroughly vetted and fit to work with children.

Our measures are fully in line with the guidelines of the Department for Education (DfE) and the Recruitment and Employment Confederation (REC), so you can rest assured that our candidates have been fully screened and are the right fit for your school.

Quality

At AK Teaching we are committed to quality in everything we do, including the staff we place in schools. We don’t just fill open positions with any available candidate but rather strive to find the best possible fit for both the school and the candidate.

Our commitment to finding the perfect match extends to every role we fill. We understand the importance of aligning candidates with the needs and values of each school and its community, which is why we take the time to understand the specific needs of our clients and work closely with our candidates to ensure the right fit. By doing so we are able to provide our clients with the highest level of service and the best possible staff for their needs.

Community

In addition to placing staff in schools, we are actively involved in supporting and giving back to the community. We attend events, provide prizes and have established partnerships such as with Sunderland AFC to provide unique opportunities for students.

We believe in supporting schools beyond providing staff nd are committed to finding ways to enhance the school experience for students and support our partner schools. This includes initiatives such as strip sponsorship, sensory room assistance, end of year regards and football league sponsorship.

It is our goal to provide exceptional experiences for the benefit of students.
