Key Responsibilities:
Provide personalised support to a Year 3 student on a one-to-one basis
Assist with classroom activities and ensure a positive learning experience
Foster a supportive and inclusive environment for the student’s academic and personal growth
Collaborate with the class teacher and school staff to implement effective teaching strategies
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A genuine passion for education and supporting student development
Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through AK Teaching
Ability to work effectively within a team and independently
