Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Provide one-on-one assistance to students who require additional support.
Assist with classroom management and the maintenance of a positive learning environment.
Contribute to the planning and preparation of educational activities.
Help to create a stimulating and inclusive learning atmosphere.
Requirements:
Must hold a minimum of either Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant certificate (Or equivalent)
Relevant experience working with primary school-aged children is preferred.
A genuine enthusiasm for education and a desire to inspire young minds.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, teachers, and parents.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic educational team.
A patient and nurturing approach to supporting children’s learning and development.
An understanding of the primary school curriculum and teaching methodologies is advantageous.
