Working Days: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)

AK Teaching, a leading education recruitment agency, is currently seeking a dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic educational environment in the NE4 area. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are committed to supporting the learning and development of students on a one-to-one basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide one-to-one support to students, helping them achieve their academic and personal goals.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with other professionals, parents, and guardians to ensure a holistic approach to student development.
• Monitor and record student progress, communicating effectively with the teaching team.

Requirements:

• Experience working with students in an educational setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student success.
• Must hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one through AK Teaching.
• Flexibility to adapt to the varying needs of students.

Working Days:

Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
