Are you passionate about supporting the development and learning of young minds? AK Teaching is seeking a dedicated KS1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in the vibrant North Tyneside area.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons and activities for Key Stage 1 students.
Provide one-on-one support to students who require additional assistance.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Help with the preparation of learning materials and resources.
Support students with their social and emotional development.
Requirements:
Hold a current DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one through AK Teaching.
Ideally possess qualifications relevant to the role.
Driving capability is desirable but not essential.
Passion for working with children and helping them reach their full potential.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
