Job Title: Hybrid Teaching Assistant – NE28

AK Teaching, a leading education recruitment agency, is seeking a dedicated and passionate Hybrid Teaching Assistant to join a dynamic school environment in the NE28 area. This exciting role involves a combination of 1:1 and general Teaching Assistant responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support in a variety of educational settings, working closely with teachers to enhance the learning experience.
Engage in 1:1 sessions with students to address specific learning needs.
Assist in the implementation of educational plans and strategies to support student development.
Collaborate with teaching staff to create an inclusive and positive learning environment.
Working Days:
Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
Requirements:
Experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a related educational role is desirable.
Must currently hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through AK Teaching.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A passion for supporting the educational development of students.
Ability to adapt to various classroom environments.
