Childcare Practitioners SEN

Requirements:

• Possession of an enhanced DBS on the update service, or willingness to apply for one through AK Teaching.
• Prior school-based experience is essential for this role.
• Previous experience working with SEND is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and support to children with SEN.
• Assist in creating a nurturing and inclusive environment conducive to learning and development.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to implement individualized education plans.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
