Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one support to a student with diverse learning needs.

Assist the student in understanding and completing classroom assignments.

Adapt teaching methods to cater to the student’s individual learning style.

Foster a positive and supportive learning environment.

Collaborate with the classroom teacher to implement effective strategies.

Monitor and track the student’s progress and report to the teaching staff.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.

A genuine passion for education and a commitment to student success.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Patience, empathy, and the ability to build a rapport with students.

Flexibility and adaptability in responding to the student’s unique learning needs.
