AK Teaching is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic 1:1 Teaching Assistant to join our team in NE12. As a leading educational recruitment company, we are committed to providing exceptional support to our clients for their students, and we are looking for an individual who shares our passion for education.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide 1:1 support to students, assisting with their academic and developmental needs.
Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to implement individualised learning plans.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment for students.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt and tailor support to meet the individual needs of students.
A DBS on the update service is required or must be willing to apply for one through AK Teaching.
Working Hours:
The position is full-time, with working hours from Monday to Friday (No weekends). This role offers a fantastic opportunity to make a positive impact on the educational journey of our students.
