Responsibilities:
Covering English lessons and potentially maths lessons when required.
Implementing pre-planned lessons effectively.
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Supporting students with special educational needs and disabilities.
Collaborating with teaching staff and SENCOs to meet individual student needs.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar role.
Strong behaviour management skills, especially in an SEND setting.
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through AK Teaching.
Passion for supporting students with diverse learning needs.
Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic school environment.
