Job Title: Qualified Teaching Assistant

Working Hours: Monday – Friday (No weekends)

AK Teaching is currently seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Qualified Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team in the Northumberland area. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive and forward-thinking educational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide support to the classroom teacher in the delivery of engaging and effective lessons.
Assist in the implementation of individual education plans for students.
Support the social and emotional development of students.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
Hold a relevant teaching assistant qualification.
Possess a valid DBS on the update service or be willing to apply for one through AK Teaching.
Demonstrate a passion for education and a commitment to supporting student learning.
Previous experience working as a teaching assistant in a school setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
