Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate lessons for Key Stage 1 students, aligning with the national curriculum.

Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the individual learning needs of all students.

Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing effective strategies to support their academic development.

Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to student development.

Participate in school activities, events, and extracurricular programs that enrich the educational experience.

Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in primary education.

Proven experience in delivering high-quality teaching to Key Stage 1 students.

Strong knowledge of the national curriculum for Key Stage 1 and the ability to differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.

A genuine passion for education, a proactive approach to professional development, and a commitment to creating a stimulating learning environment.
