Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the national curriculum, tailored to Year 2 students’ needs.
Cultivate a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment conducive to academic and emotional growth.
Regularly assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to support ongoing development.
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and parents to ensure each student’s holistic development.
Maintain high standards of discipline and behaviour consistent with school policies.
Requirements:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Demonstrate experience in or a strong affinity for teaching Year 2 students.
Approach teaching with flexibility and initiative, dedicated to fostering a positive learning atmosphere.
Possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with students, peers, and parents.
DBS check must be current and registered with the update service, or willingness to undergo application through AK Teaching.
Working Schedule: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
