Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons across various primary year levels.
• Adapt to different school environments and classroom dynamics.
• Follow lesson plans or create your own when necessary.
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
• Assess and report on student progress as required.
• Collaborate with school staff and maintain professional relationships.
• Embrace flexibility and adapt to changing assignments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or PGCE in Primary Education (QTS needed if possible)
• Strong classroom management skills.
• Excellent communication and adaptability.
• Passion for teaching and inspiring young minds.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• DBS on the Update Service (If not then AK Teaching can assist you in applying for one)
