Primary Intervention Teacher Needed in Newcastle
AK Teaching is currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Primary Intervention Teacher to join our team in the Newcastle area. Key Responsibilities:
Design and deliver effective intervention programs to support the learning needs of primary school students.
Work collaboratively with classroom teachers to identify areas for improvement and implement targeted strategies.
Provide individual and small group instruction to students who require additional support.
Monitor student progress and maintain comprehensive records of interventions and outcomes.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and academic growth.
Requirements:
Relevant teaching qualifications and experience in primary education.
A thorough understanding of the primary school curriculum and effective teaching methods.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
Commitment to continuous professional development and a passion for enhancing educational practices.
A valid DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through AK Teaching.
