Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support students.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- Implement behaviour management strategies effectively.
- Follow lesson plans and ensure learning objectives are met.
- Provide feedback to teachers and support staff.
Requirements:
- Strong behavior management skills with experience in a similar setting.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through AK Teaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, no weekends.
