Key Responsibilities:
Provide tailored support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health needs
Assist in implementing behaviour management strategies
Foster a positive learning environment
Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging activities
Monitor and track student progress
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in behaviour management, preferably in a similar educational setting
Enhanced DBS on the update service or willingness to apply through AK Teaching
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Flexible and adaptable approach
