AK Teaching are looking to recruit an enthusiastic and pro-active Teaching Assistant to work in one of our partner schools based in Hartlepool. This role would involve supporting a child on a 1:1 basis who has additional needs. This role is set to start after the Easter Break and will be up until the end of the year.
JOB ROLE
Key Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
Working with groups of children or working with pupils on a 1-2-1 basis
Supporting these pupils with the full National Curriculum to all ranges
Working with children who have additional SEND needs
Supporting the class teacher across the whole class when required
JOB CANDIDATE
Ideally be Level 2 TA qualification or above
Have knowledge or experience working with children with SEN
Mainly looking for an individual with a caring nature
