Key Responsibilities:
Assist classroom teachers in implementing tailored learning plans for students with SEN.
Provide one-on-one support to students with learning disabilities, behavioural challenges, or other special needs.
Help create a nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.
Collaborate with educational professionals and parents to ensure each student’s needs are met effectively.
Requirements:
Experience working with individuals with special educational needs is desirable but not essential.
A patient and empathetic approach to supporting students with diverse needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to adapt to different learning environments and work effectively within a team.
Qualifications:
A teaching assistant qualification (e.g., Level 2 or Level 3 TA certification) is preferred but not mandatory.
