We are actively recruiting on behalf of our partner trust in Wakefield, for exceptional educators to join our dedicated team and make a positive impact on the education and development of young learners in Key Stage 1! Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is preferred but not essential. We are also interested with speaking with recent and current college/university graduates who might also have 2-3 days a week availability, to work/support in our schools.
As a Teaching Assistant, you will provide support to the class teacher, assist with classroom management, and deliver targeted interventions. A patient and nurturing approach, as well as good communication skills, are essential. Professional or personal experience with SEN would also be a benefit, but not required.

To be eligible for this role you must have the right to work in the UK. You must be able to submit a share code for vetting, we cannot support international teachers with sponsorship visas.
