On behalf of our workforce partner Secondary School in Bradford BD8, we are recruiting for 3 teaching assistants to start as soon as possible! We are hoping to find suitable candidates who can help the school during the busy end of year, with views to continue working with the school in the new academic year (Sept 2024). We are hoping to find Teaching Assistants who can work a minimum of 3 days a week 8am -3:30pm. As these are entry level roles previous experience is not essential as training and help will be given along the way.
Teaching assistants are valuable members of the school system. They often supervise pupils carrying out pre-prepared exercises when assisting the main classroom teaching staff. A teaching assistants’ main job is ensuring that students are safe and remain on task with the work they have been set.
Important information:
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH AK TEACHING YOU MUST:
• Hold Right to Work in the UK
• Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application (we can assist with this)
• Provide two professional references
