Responsibilities:
Develop and deliver engaging STEM curriculum for learners in KS3, KS4, KS5
Utilise hands-on experiments, projects, and technology to bring STEM concepts to life.
Encourage critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration among students.
Assess and track student progress, providing individualized support as needed.
Stay current with developments in STEM education and integrate new ideas into the classroom.
Qualifications:
QTS and PGCE in Education, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics
Proven experience teaching STEM subjects at GCSE and A-level.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Passion for STEM and a desire to inspire young learners.
Experience with educational technology and hands-on teaching methods.
