SEN Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about education and interested in working in schools and beginning a career in education? Are you excited about the opportunity of helping students in schools with additional needs?

Are you looking for paid work to increase your experience?

Are you a graduate with a 2:1 or above? Or a university student that is available a couple of days a week?

Our West Yorkshire Branch are working with a school in Wakefield WF17, that are looking for enthusiastic and inspiring SEN teaching assistants. This role requires applicants to supervise pre-planned work in the classroom when a teacher is absent to ensure that students remain up to date and productive.

Successful candidate will include:

–          Confident and enthusiastic

–          Experience working with young people

–          Good organisational and management skills

–          Drive to work in education

–          Good problem-solving skills

Those interested in the role will also need to have a DBS on the update service – we will be able to help with this process if you do not have one yet.
