We are currently looking for SEN Teaching Assistants for temporary and permanent roles to work in our partnership schools in Wakefield and surrounding areas. We have limited full-time roles available, supporting students within EYFS, KS1 and KS2.
We find that people with either professional or personal experience with SEN work well within these roles. If you have experience as a carer or support worker, we find that these skills are transferrable to a role working with SEN pupils within a school setting.
Minimum Requirements
A passion for SEN or experience supporting individuals with additional needs (this can be either professional or personal experiences).
A child only DBS that is on the Update Service, or willing to apply for one.
Being punctual and reliable.
