Job Description:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with primary-aged pupils who have ASD and ADHD. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing one-on-one or group support to students with special educational needs.
• Assisting the class teacher in delivering tailored educational programs.
• Encouraging and promoting a positive learning environment.
• Supporting students in their personal, social, and emotional development.
• Adapting teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
• Maintaining a safe and nurturing atmosphere for all students.

Requirements:

We are looking for candidates who possess the following qualities and qualifications:

• Previous experience working with children with ASD and/or ADHD is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• A commitment to the wellbeing and development of every child.

Working Hours:

This is a temporary/contract position, and there will be no weekend work required. The working hours will be in line with the school’s schedule.
