Job Description:

As a Teaching Assistant in our SEND provision, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to students with a range of special needs.

Qualifications and Requirements:

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• Hold a Level 2/3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning or Childcare.
• Possess a valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one.
• Hold a full UK driving license (preferably)
• Be willing to work with a range of ages

Responsibilities:

• Assist teachers in delivering tailored lessons and learning materials.
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special needs.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and track student progress, and report to the classroom teacher.
