Role and Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the school curriculum and educational guidelines.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes the intellectual and social development of students.
Assess and monitor the progress of students, providing constructive feedback and support to enhance their learning outcomes.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and guardians to ensure effective communication and a holistic approach to student development.
Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school events as required.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification.
Experience teaching primary-aged students, preferably in a similar educational setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students, colleagues, and parents.
A genuine passion for education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
