Someone who is passionate about their subject, brings fresh ideas, and will work hard in a committed team to ensure all students reach their full potential through the delivery of a knowledge-rich curriculum.

The school are developing their curriculum with ambitious aims: to secure, in the long-term, rich subject knowledge for all students, but also to move beyond simple manifestations of a ‘knowledge-rich curriculum’ to ensure that their curriculum is shaped by the academic discipline in the subjects above.

This secondary school believes music education is essential in developing the whole child. Their vision is to offer inspirational music lessons and peripatetic instrumental lessons that all students can access regardless of their background. 

With all this on offer, students will be able to develop a wide range of social and transferable skills. These aptitudes are essential to enable students to go out into the world as confident and intellectually curious members of society and to be successful in their chosen career. They aim to broaden students understanding of this subject area and how it impacts everyday life, philosophical thought and ethical behaviour.

The successful post holder will:
