Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Key Stage 1 (KS1) Teacher to join our enthusiastic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering a creative and engaging curriculum that supports the development of our youngest students. Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and stimulating lessons that meet the needs of all learners in the KS1 curriculum.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love for learning.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and deliver cross-curricular activities and school events.
Support the social, emotional and intellectual development of students, ensuring their well-being and safety at all times.
Maintain up-to-date records and contribute to the school’s reporting and assessment processes.
Participate in professional development opportunities and stay current with educational best practices.
What We Are Looking For:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in KS1.
A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and assessment requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
Ability to differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of all students.
A commitment to creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively.
