We are seeking Inclusion Support Workers to join us here at AK Teaching.

You will be supporting students who are experiencing social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), starting September 2023.

You will be an experienced support assistant with successful experience in supporting pupils with SEMH difficulties. You will have a strong understanding of different behaviours across SEMH provisions and be comfortable working with this.

The right candidate will be passionate about achieving the best outcomes for all children. You will be able to provide high quality support for pupils experiencing SEMH difficulties.

As this post involves working with children, vulnerable adults or dealing with sensitive information, references covering your last two years of work will be taken.
