Early Years Teaching Assistant
Working in an exciting and developing EYFS department
AK Teaching are currently working closely with a Primary school in the Chester-le-Street area. This primary school who pride themselves on their relentless pursuit of excellence are looking to recruit an Early Years Teaching Assistant to add to their EYFS department to start ASAP to cover the maternity leave of their current Teaching Assistant. This would be a very rewarding and exciting position for either newly qualified Teaching Assistant or qualified HLTA’s with support and enjoyment at the heart of the school’s development.

They work hard to develop the values of personal responsibility and social awareness and aim to achieve excellence through enjoyment. Having a strong understanding of Phonics is essential for this role.
As an EYFS TA, you would be joining a school with very clear values and this is something that is very much supported and guided through as a new starter within the school. The headteacher has a strong senior leadership team that will support the new teacher.
