Position: Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Location: NE12 Area
Working Days: Monday to Friday (No Weekends)
Key Requirements:
Must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
A strong commitment to delivering high-quality education
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Adaptable and eager to contribute to the school community
Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to diverse learning styles
Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience
Assess and track student progress, providing constructive feedback
Participate in school events and initiatives to contribute to the wider school community
Essential Qualifications:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Current DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through AK Teaching
