AK Teaching are currently seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to work with our partnered Secondary schools based in Gateshead and Newcastle in September.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in supporting and educating students, particularly those requiring special education.
Responsibilities:
– Communicate effectively with students to assess their learning needs and provide tailored tutoring sessions.
– Educate and assist students in various subjects, focusing on individualized learning strategies.
– Utilize your experience working with children to create engaging and interactive tutoring sessions.
– Implement special education techniques to support students with diverse learning needs.
– Foster a positive and supportive learning environment to help students achieve their academic goals.
Requirements:
– Prior experience in tutoring or working with children is preferred.
– Ability to differentiate instruction based on individual student needs.
– Strong communication skills to engage with students effectively.
