Description:

AK Teaching is seeking a dedicated Pastoral and Behaviour Mentor to join our partner school in Leeds, West Yorkshire. The successful candidate will support students’ emotional and behavioral needs, promoting a positive school culture. Key responsibilities include:

• Providing one-on-one mentoring to students.
• Developing and implementing behaviour management strategies.
• Liaising with teachers, parents and external agencies.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role within an educational setting.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Empathy and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
