Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons that align with the national curriculum, fostering a love for learning among students.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse learning needs of all students.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and implementing effective strategies to support their academic development.
Collaborate with colleagues and parents to ensure the holistic development of each student, fostering open communication and partnership.
Contribute to the wider school community through participation in extracurricular activities and school events.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent certification in primary education.
Proven experience in planning and delivering effective and engaging lessons for primary school students.
Strong knowledge of the national curriculum and the ability to tailor teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
A passion for education, a proactive approach to professional development, and a commitment to enhancing the overall learning experience for students.
