Trainee Unqualified Teacher

AK Teaching are looking to recruit Trainee Unqualified Teachers to work alongside our partner schools in the South Yorkshire area! This is a temporary role.

As a Trainee Unqualified Teacher you will be leading a class from plans and resources provided. You will need to be proactive in engaging with students around learning and behaviour.

We work in partnership our schools who rely on AK Teaching to cover classes on daily, short term and long-term assignments.

• Are you a graduate who is considering a career in Education?

• Are you thinking about pursuing a PGCE/SCITT or Graduate Teaching Programme?

• Are you Further Education trained and would like to transition into Secondary Teaching?

• Are you a Learning Support Assistant keen to develop your skills and

• Are you a Youth worker, running children’s clubs and activities?

• Are you a Sports Coach who would like to work in a school or academy setting?

• Do you currently work as a Cover Supervisor and would like additional work?

You will be able to develop your school knowledge and skills, develop communication skills with pupils and staff, enhance your behaviour management skills and a potential career opportunity could be available to you.

We are intent on growing our number of professionals to match the needs of our partner schools and to that end we are always looking for high calibre Trainee Unqualified Teachers. We are constantly striving to find candidates who are keen, excited and determined to prove themselves within a new setting!

You will need to be able to provide 2 professional references and complete a criminal records check (DBS) before we can place you in our schools.
