AK Teaching are looking to recruit a proactive and enthusiastic Admin Assistant to join a busy Business Support team in one of our Primary Schools in Washington. The role will be 08:00AM to 16:00PM, 5 days a week.
As part of the School Admin Assistant role, you will be asked to undertake tasks including, general typing, filing and reprographics, covering reception, dealing with queries from parents/carers and other external service providers as well as receiving and administering deliveries. You will provide administration support to the teaching & pastoral staff as well as the Admin Manager and other colleagues where appropriate. A good understanding and experience of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a required for this role. Knowledge of SIMS and ParentPay is also preferred but not essential.
