Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in the planning and delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.
Provide effective one-on-one and small-group support to students with varying abilities.
Assist in classroom behaviour management and maintain a positive and safe learning environment.
Lead and supervise classroom activities when required, under the guidance of the class teacher.
Contribute to the overall development and well-being of pupils within the school.
Requirements:
Relevant HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.
Previous experience working in a primary school setting is highly desirable.
A strong understanding of the national curriculum and educational best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with students and staff
A patient and supportive approach to working with children with varying learning abilities.
