As a Teaching Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting with the teaching staff to ensure that all students receive the same opportunities to learn.

The ideal candidate will:
-Remain calm in stressful situations.
-Must be confident and friendly.
-Have a desire to motivate disengaged leaners.
-Have experience deescalating behaviour.
-Be an excellent team player.
Due to the nature of this role, previous classroom experience is not essential. The role may be suitable for a candidate with a background in policing, youth working or ex-military.
