    JOB DESCRIPTION - AK Teaching is working in partnership with a specialist provision in Middlesbrough to recruit experienced behaviour management teaching assistant. The successful candidate would work both in the classroom and on a one to one basis, supporting teaching and learning as well as working to develop interpersonal and behaviour skills.

    ROLE - AK Teaching specialises in long term and permanent roles for education professionals. The role will require a candidate who is committed to the school and its students. The students have a range of SEMH requirements and require someone who can provide continuity.

    CANDIDATE - Our ideal candidate will have-

    6-12 months experience working with students with challenging behaviour.

    An enhanced DBS registered to the government update service (if you do not have a DBS AK Teaching can process one for you).

    A drive to improve outcomes and increase attainment for students.
